General Questions
Do you only create portraits for dogs and cats, or can you include other pets?
No, if you want to get one of our products with a picture of other pets, or even of a human being simply upload the picture and we will do the rest.
Can I request specific backgrounds or themes for my portrait?
For the pet portraits there are set background colors you can choose from if you wish to have a custom color or theme you can email us at support@petparents.ca
Please note there will be an additional charge based on what changes you want made.
I have my own idea for a design that isn't on your site is there anyway I can get it?
Yes! We would love to help you make your vision come to life. For custom desgin inquires please email us at support@petparents.ca

Can I include more than one pet in the same portrait?
Of course! Please feel free to send us multiple pictures of all your pets and we will have out artiss combine them into one photo.
Please note: for items that feature your pet names please be sure to specify which is which.(Maximum 2 pets if you want names included for the pet portraits.)
Ordering Process
Can I upload multiple photos of my pet?
Yes you can! In fact for the pet portraits we recommend uploading 2-3 pictures.
How can I ensure the best quality photo for the portrait?

Use natural light: Outdoor settings or rooms with plenty of natural light are ideal.

Avoid using flash, as it can cause red-eye and may frighten your pet.

Position yourself at your pet’s eye level to create a more intimate and engaging perspective.

Lie down, kneel, or sit to match their height.

Pets can be unpredictable and move quickly, so a fast shutter speed helps prevent blur.

On smartphones, use "burst mode" to take a series of shots quickly and select the best one.

Try to keep the background clear of other things, and keep the focus on yout pet.
Returns
Do you offer refunds or returns on custom orders?
Since all items are customized we do not accept refunds however we do have a satisfaction guarantee. If someothing is wrong with your order, or it is damaged we will happily send you a replacement. please conact us within 14 days at support@petparents.ca.
